The Authentique Érablière is the achievement of Anne-Marie Gendron and Sébastien Leduc’s dream. With over 11 years of experience leading the Bistro La Toscane, the two owners have opened the doors of their maple grove in Saint-Stanislas-de-Kostka to provide a gastronomic experience for their guests.

In a warm and family-friendly atmosphere, customers can settle in for a meal during maple season, but also throughout the year, as the Authentique Érablière will organize and host events of all kinds! In all cases, the chefs will offer in-house and takeaway menus that are sure to please you.
