L’Authentique Érablière is the dream of Anne-Marie Gendron and Sébastien Leduc, brought to life in 2023 and continuing to grow with each season and a loyal clientele. The owners’ goal is to open the doors of their sugar shack in Saint-Stanislas-de-Kostka and offer guests a true gastronomic experience.

In a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, guests are welcomed for a traditional sugar season meal, as well as throughout the year, as L’Authentique Érablière hosts and organizes events of all kinds. In every case, the chefs offer on-site menus and event catering services that are sure to delight.
